2) Why do we collect your personal data?

  1. For purposes relating to the navigation and management of this site, or:
  • to protect the security of the site and of the users, and to prevent or expose fraud or abuse that could be detrimental to the site;
  • to verify and guarantee the correct operation of the site and its functions, also through third parties;
  • to collect access and navigation statistics in order to improve the services and usability of the site (through logs and technical/analytical cookies, including those of third parties);

3) What data do we collect?
  1. Navigation data
The computer systems used to operate the site automatically acquire some data, including personal data, whose transmission is implicit and also necessary in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.

The submission of information or support requests, require the acquisition of personal identification data (including surname, first name, e-mail, telephone or other personal data that may be included in the communications.
For commercial and promotional communications, only the e-mail address will be used.
 
4) Provision of the data
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 2.A has to be considered mandatory, as without them we will not be able to provide access and navigation to the site.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 2.B or 2.C has to be considered optional; however, without such data it will not be possible to respond to any requests for information or keep you updated about our activities.
Data subjects always have the right to withdraw any provided consent. Such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
 
5) Processing methods and security measures
Personal data are processed electronically for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
 
6) Who are the recipients of your personal data?
In pursuing the purposes set out, personal data, in addition to being processed by our staff according to specific instructions, may also be communicated to various subjects, including but not limited to:
  • individuals and entities whose access to that data is recognized by legislative measures;
  • physical, legal subjects, public or private, to whom communication is necessary or functional to our activities;
  • our providers in charge for development, maintenance and hosting services needed for the operation of this site.
The list of any data processors can be requested to the Data Controller. In no case the provided personal data will be disseminated without authorization and the same are also not meant to be transferred to a third country or to an international organization outside the EEA.
 
7) Your rights
The Controller guarantees the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR including: requesting and obtaining access to data, rectification, cancellation or limitation of its processing, as well as the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the personal data, requesting its portability, withdrawing the consent/s provided and filing a complaint with a supervisory authority.
