Motorized reel-winder trolley designed for high-speed unrolling and recovery of small cable reels during unrolling operations using a helicopter. The reel-winder is hydraulically powered via hoses, either from the T30.H tensioner or an independent control unit. It is equipped with automatic rope-winder and rope-driver rollers allowing the use of reels with a maximum diameter of 1600 mm.
