Hydraulic tensioner specifically designed for helicopter stringing of one conductor. The machine is equipped with devices that allow accurate control
of braking even in case of a rapid slowdown of the helicopter (braking force is kept constant regardless of helicopter speed). The machine can be used as a winch to recuperate the cable/conductor.
