OMAC-ITALY has strengthened its presence in the U.K. market, winning an over € 2,6 Mln contract with CARILLION-ELTEL JV Ltd.
CARILLION - ELTEL joint venture is working in Alliance with National Grid & is responsible for delivering re-conductoring projects on National Grid’s OHL Electricity Transmission Network in the UK.
Current schemes/projects within this Alliance, involves re-stringing two and three new conductor’s lines with the associated recovery of two and four existing conductor’s lines. CARILLION - ELTEL JV based their choice of Stringing Equipment on reliability, innovation and experience. The selected puller/tensioners have two and four independent hydraulic circuits with the most advanced technology available allowing for flexibility of application. OMAC-ITALY, would like to thank CARILLION Plc and ELTEL Networks for awarding OMAC-ITALY a contract for the supply of re-conductoring equipment. The contract will hopefully be the first of many such orders and cements our working relationship.
